Advanced mentoring workshop

Youth Business International (YBI) Advanced mentoring workshop took place on October 8-11 at Ascott-under-Wychwood.

The experts representing UK, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Germany and Nigeria held 4-day brainstorming meeting and worked out unified manual for mentors and mentees, the manual for mentoring coordinators and advanced training materials for operating mentors.

Boris Tkachenko, CEO of YBR and Mentoring Institute, represented Russian experience and training materials and took an active part in elaboration of the new materials taking into consideration the joint experience. As soon as the new training materials have been finalised they will be translated into Russian and tested in the Russian regions of YBR presence.

John Cull, the chief expert of the Steering Committee and the founder of YBI mentoring practice with over 25-year of relevant experience will act as key speaker at the VIIth International Mentoring in Entrepreneurship Days on the 27th of November in Moscow and on the 29th of November in Surgut.
