First International Mentoring Conference of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in Barcelona
Boris Tkachenko, CEO of Mentoring Institute and Youth Business Russia, spoke at the panel session “Mentoring for Business and Startups” at the First International Mentoring Conference of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) on the 26th of October in Barcelona (Spain).
The session was moderated by Dr Riza Kadilar, EMCC President.
Arancha Pérez of Amces and Marc Kahn of Investec talked at the session and shared their experience with the audience.
Carles Cardona of Youth Business Spain and Boris represented Youth Business International (YBI), a worldwide entrepreneurs support chain, at the conference.
Carlos spoke about 5-year experience of his organization in designing and implementation of mentoring in entrepreneurship in 13 provinces in Spain.
In his speech Boris covered:
10-year YBR and Mentoring Institute experience in Russia in implementing offline mentoring support for young entrepreneurs in 11 Russian regions of YBR presence,
8-year experience in assistance in design, support and development of mentoring programmes for budding, acting (in acceleration programmes) and social entrepreneurs in 14 partner Russian regions,
2-year experience in creation and expert support of online mentoring for Business Class Programme (Google Russia and Sberbank) in 40 Russian regions,
6-year experience in delivering annual Days of Mentoring in Entrepreneurship,
5-year experience in assistance in building and development of mentoring segment within youth business support programmes in Serbia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Armenia.
