Mentors club – discussion platform in Kirov

Extended Mentors Club meeting took place on the 17th of November in Kirov, in the framework of World Entrepreneurship Week.

The participants completed two case studies. First about a start-up company “Vyatka Quest”. The Quest managers Anastasia Derisheva and Margarita Baydalina are currently considering possible increase of price rates. After collective brainstorming they have decided it was feasible to increase prices alongside with adding new services.

The problems that entrepreneur Natalia Syutkina faces were discussed in details. How to employ staff, how to plan sales, why it is infeasible to open the second retail outlet – each club member expressed his/her opinion and experience on these vital questions.
