YBR – Accenture Russia joint project in Kaluga
Youth Business Russia Kaluga
The joint project of Youth Business Russia and Accenture Russia in Kaluga served the platform for the meeting of women entrepreneurs in “Success Story” format. Elena Natalenko, the owner of kids store chain “Lapushka-Malyshka” and one of the most famous business ladies in Kaluga Region, shared her business experience with the budding and developing businesswomen during the informal meeting.

On May 28, as part of the joint project of Youth Business Russia and Accenture Russia in Kaluga, the collective team of budding and developing entrepreneurs of Kaluga Region took part at corporative Kaluga Regional Governor Cup tournament “Health and Sports Day”. The team regularly wins various prizes in this tournament every year. This event is not only building the consolidated community of small business, but helps to find new partners and to set up important business links.
On April 21, a breakfast meeting between the local bank directors and entrepreneurs took place within the YBR-Accenture Russia joint project in Kaluga. The topic selected for discussion was “The instruments of support of small and medium-sized business: new banking products for business. Business and bank partnership”. Budding and developing entrepreneurs learnt about leading regional banks proposals and talked about their own expectations and ideas. The dialog was open and useful for both parties.

On April 9-10, Telecom Idea-2016 hackathon was hold in Kaluga within the YBR-Accenture Russia joint project. The young engineers and entrepreneurs were working out new business ideas in IT area for two days. As part of the agenda, Russian national and regional experts delivered master classes and consultation sessions. The thoroughly elaborated ideas, prototypes and feasibility calculations were presented to professional jury that selected the strongest teams and marked them with prizes and business proposals. Over 80 youths from Kaluga, Obninsk and other places participated at the hackathon.
