The Fund of Regional Social Programs “Our Future” and IBLF Russia signed an agreement on cooperation in social entrepreneurship development

On March 16, 2015, Natalia Zvereva, Director of The Fund of Regional Social Programs “Our Future”, and Boris Tkachenko, Head of IBLF Russia, officially signed an agreement on cooperation in social entrepreneurship development. 

The two lines of partnership will be followed at the initial stage: comprehensive support for startup social entrepreneurs set up in pilot Perm region, including mentorship element; the mentorship will also be introduced for currently operating social entrepreneurs. Providing successful implementation of the initiatives, the parties will jointly distribute the best practices into the other Russian regions.

The signing ceremony was combined with the meeting between Our Future Fund, IBLF Russia and co-founders of Karton Chernozemie company, Igor Zaboev and Petr Boikov, and their mentor, Yuri Segal. Igor and Petr are the members of the IBLF Youth Business Russia Programme in Voronezh Region and the winners of Our Future Fund award. Their waste collection and treatment business was many a time awarded with prestigious international and domestic prizes. They have just visited the United Arab Emirates as the finalists of Entrepreneur of the Year Award established by the Youth Business International. It was not in the least due to mentor’s support that Igor and Petr have achieved a success as significant as that, as they reported. Moreover, Igor and Petr came up to Our Future Fund with an idea to expand their experience throughout Russia and proposed several options of potential partnership between their company and LukOIL Gasoline Stations. All the ideas will soon be formalized and set off.
