Megatrends: Role of Boards

IBLF, PwC and Association of Independent Directors successfully conducted the VI Russian Boards Forum “Megatrends: Role of Boards”.

About 70 members of the boards from Russian and international companies attended the Forum and actively discussed the impact of megatrends, or global factors of macroeconomic development, on business and the role of boards in establishing companies’ position in relation to these trends. In particular, the directors exchanges opinions on possible effect of the megatrends, implied threats and opportunities, correlation between global trends and companies’ strategy.
