Federal contract system: stimulus to improve healthcare and social defense systems in Russia

January, 29, 2014, Boris Tkachenko, Head of IBLF Russia, presented the results of business and government collective actions on improving public procurement procedures at the meeting of the Association of European Business in Russia (AEB) healthcare and pharma committee. The business and government collaboration has started in 2011 in the frame of Industrial Companies Working Group (ICWG) initiative which was organized by IBLF Russia.

The meeting gathered nearly 80 representatives of the multinational companies from the healthcare industry and was devoted to the topic: “Federal contract system: stimulus to improve healthcare and social defense systems in Russia”.
